Rotary goes to the dogs | News

Jeff and Kari Phillips have been raising boxer dogs for many years. Their latest litter of seven-week-old puppies were on display (and available for cuddling) at last week’s meeting of the Circleville Sunrise Rotary Club, of which Jeff Phillips is current president. They explained the meticulous breeding procedures that produce the best puppies. When the puppies are old enough, they are available for sale and prospective customers are screened to assure the puppy will be a good fit in its new home.
